Authentic, heart-sourced energy has the ability to transcend the boundaries of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and enhance wellness and healing. Most of us have experienced the elation of love at some time in our lives. The feeling of love can color our world in glorious ways.
Typically, love is seen as a relationship between two people. At some point in your life you’ve probably felt this seemingly magical feeling. The relationship-based model is dependent upon another person to create this feeling. And what if there isn’t a special someone in your life? Does that mean that the magical feeling of love isn’t available to you at this particular point in time? If so, this would mean that the feeling of love and all the benefits of that feeling are transient, dependent, and elusive.
Imagine now the possibility of channeling love energy from within ourselves. This ability is independent of another person, is unlimited, self-sustainable, and can fill our spirit with joy, inspiration, and hope.
When you tap into the heart-sourced energy within yourself with gratitude, amazing things can happen on multiple levels. Heart rate can lower and breathing becomes less rapid, which in turn signals your body that all is right in the present moment. In turn, a sense of calm becomes the state of being which allows your body, mind and soul to feel supported. In this state, a positive environment for wellness is created.
I’ve discovered a simple way that helps me to tap into this heart-sourced energy which I would like to share with you. It’s based on a clear declaration, repeated multiple times over a 1-minute period. The most important thing to remember is that this declaration doesn’t come from your head. Rather, it comes from authenticity in, and of, your heart. Feel and believe it to be true. Getting out of my head and into my heart with this took me quite a bit of practice. Be gentle with yourself and allow the process to unfold. Consistency with this declaration is very helpful.
It goes like this:
“I am loveable, and I am loved. I love life and life loves me.”
That’s it. The resonance of your authentic heart-sourced voice as you make this declaration creates an energy to support making it a reality in your life. I recommend writing it down and putting in on your mirror so that every time you see yourself you are reminded. And I invite you to say it out loud when you do.
The journey of loving self-acceptance can be elusive. My wish is that this exercise becomes a good companion for you along the way.
To your Best and Highest.
