No doubt there are many ways to spend
vacation days. Oftentimes it’s a trip with the family or with a group of
friends. Fruity cocktails with little umbrellas are often the vision that comes
to mind when planning a vacation. It’s a pause button on your familiar daily
life to take yourself somewhere else. And when you return, you long for the
next trip. Essentially nothing has changed other than spending some time away.

Mineral-rich thermal water, aged mud, abundant trees, open space and majestic oceans serve to renew and to inspire. When the body is nurtured, healing and regeneration can be facilitated in every area, including in your mind and spirit. This is the basis for a holistic approach to wellness.
